A message from Sarah, founder of This Side Up Family

One of my goals and prayers over the past several years has been to move This Side Up! Family to a place where it is sustainable without my daily leadership. Over the past year, God has made it clear to me that it is time for me to step into a different role. What’s amazing is that while God has been preparing me to step down, He has been preparing a new leader to step in – and His timing, as always, is perfect!

TSUFamily remains a non-faith-based organization so that we can serve and strengthen ALL families. That said, I have always been a faith-led leader and am wowed at God’s faithfulness in who He has given us for the role of leading TSUFamily!

The TSUF Board of Directors has hired a new Executive Director whose leadership experience, character and passion for our mission provide me with a deep comfort and assurance of His continued provision for TSUFamily. I am confident and excited about the continued impact our organization will have on strengthening family relationships and moving families from surviving to thriving in our community!

For now, I will continue to be a part of TSUFamily by serving in a part-time Program Support role. Long-term, I plan to serve on our Board of Directors, volunteer at Family-building programs, and continue supporting the much-needed work of our organization.

So, now the EXCITING NEWS! On behalf of the TSUF Board of Directors, our Part-Time Programs/Ops Manager, Susan and myself… I am thrilled to introduce you to Catlin Hale, incoming Executive Director!

MEET TSUFamily’s NEW Executive Director!
This Side UP! Family’s new Executive Director is Catlin Hale. Catlin is a proven non-profit leader who is passionate about the importance of strong family relationships. Having years of non-profit staff experience in programming and development roles, Catlin has an incredible combination of skills and wisdom that will guide TSUFamily into our next season. I have no doubt that she will grow the depth of impact on families and I am thrilled about handing off the baton of leadership to this amazing lady!
