Single Parent Group meets the 3rd Saturday of the month from 7pm – 8:30pm. Join Diane Windsor as she facilitates this support group. We will tackle practical, every-day issues such as …Personal Finances, Feeding your family healthy, Low cost, easy meals, Answers to some legal questions, Co-Parenting, Teaching your kids how to have healthy relationships, and much more! Low cost childcare available.

This Month’s Topic: Keeping Our Kids Safe!

The best way to protect children from abuse is having positive, open communication with them on an ongoing basis starting when they are young. Children normally don’t speak up if they are being abused but are more likely to if they have a trusted adult who has proactive communication with them already. Ellen White, from the YMCA, will speak to us about protecting our children.

Childcare is only $5.00 per family (pre-registration is needed to ensure space).
