This Side UP! Family and the Plano Public Library system are partners to equip and empower parents on This Side UP! Family Value of the Month. Spend an hour with incredible parenting experts and other parents! (You can even register for a FREE 30-minute one-on-one Parent Coaching Session following each POWER HOUR)

March 13 – Focus on Health and Wellness
This topic focuses on practical tools to increase your family’s health/wellness, reduce competition, encourage cooperation, and foster conflict resolution to amplify your family’s health and wellness.  Learn practical tools for increasing nutrition and activity through family connection.

POWER HOURS are FREE to the community.   Water and Light Snacks Provided.   (We’ll send you home with additional resources on each particular parenting topic, too.)
