Sarah will introduce Stand UP! For a A Cause, the 2012 Community Serve Focus project of This Side UP! Family Center (and Girl Scout Gold Award Project of Ricky Rajani).
She’ll invite your family into this easy, exciting way to make a huge impact in Plano and surrounding areas!

Thursday, February 9 MOM Talk. Lorraine Brock of Get Organized will share Savvy Ways to Save,
11:30am-1pm. $5/person w/o lunch OR $11/person with lunch. FREE Childcare available. Savvy Ways to Save is about showing you little known secrets of ways to save money on products and services you use everyday. If it’s shopping on the internet or buying in a local store, there are savings to be had. Do free directory assistance calling, free samples, free books and furniture sound great? What about knowing when the best time is to buy clothing, gifts and other items? Some like coupons and some don’t. While clipping coupons can save you money, it also takes more time and often “time” is what you need to “Get Organized!”. But… did you know you can now use coupons without having to clip them unless you are going to actually use them? It’s true. It’s a new way of using coupons that will pay off big. If you need extra cash for spending, or need to cut cost in order to stay home with your kids, it’s all about Savvy Ways to Save.

Description: A family friendly Broadway song and dance show featuring students of Plano Children’s Theatre. A portion of the funds raised will go towards the PCT trip to New York this summer.
Your favorite show tunes from Hairspray, Wizard of Oz, Annie, and more will be performed by the students of Plano Children’s Theatre. Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 at the door. VIP seating which includes a complimentary PCT coffee mug, bag, or water bottle available for $12 each. Pizza available for $1/slice. Hello everyone. We wanted to let everyone know that due to Mothers Day, we moved our normal 2nd Saturday Bingo scheduled for May 12th to May 26th.
It’s not our usual 2nd Saturday, but with Mothers Day this month, we moved Bingo Night to May 26th from 6pm to 8pm.
