– Sat 10/13/12 – Robots-4-U will be here to help us build a robot AND will have LOTS of cool robots for us to play with, too!
– Sat 11/10/12 – The Dallas Starlets Club will be here to provide an added FUN time to our evening!
– Sat 12/8/12 – Gingerbread House Night. Each family will build their own house and take it home! $10 per family suggested donation for supplies.
– Sat 1/12/13 – This Side Up! 2 Year Anniversary Celebration/Open House! Come help us celebrate our 2 year anniversary with festivities, fun and a treasure hunt/tour. We’ll showcase the other non-profits in our Center, too so come on out…. IT’S A CELEBRATION!

Parenting is difficult and temperamental clashes with strong-willed children can make it even more challenging. Join us for this four-week series to share and learn techniques which include understanding this not so unique temperament, creating a positive home/school environment, effective discipline and empowering both parent and child.

Taught by Cynthia Garrison, MS, CFLE, CAMS and amazing Parent Educator.

Join us for this nine-week course where you will learn how to live on a budget, pay off your debt and build wealth.

FPU will be held on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30, beginning on Tuesday, March 19, 2013.

The cost is $85 per family. Spouses/couples are highly encouraged to attend together and Single Parents are welcome, too!

Can Politics and Family FUN be part of the same sentence and the same evening?! YES!!! We’ll have a blast playing good ole fashioned BINGO and winning FUN prizes. PLUS, we’ll make POLITICS FUN for the evening! Meet the Candidates as they serve as VIP Bingo Callers for the night! This is a VERY important election for our city and This Side UP! Family seeks to raise voter participation by making it real and personal! So… we’ll help you get to know many of the candidates for City Council and PISD School Board in a casual, FUN way! BOTH MAYORAL CANDIDATES, HARRY LAROSILIERE AND FRED MOSES (and more!) WILL BE JOINING US AS VIP BINGO CALLERS!
